Absolutely! Four weeks before your event, I'll send you a creative brief to gather details about your theme, color palette, and overall aesthetic. You'll receive design mockups to review, and we'll refine them together until they're exactly what you envisioned. Revisions are included.

You'll need approximately 8x8 feet of space and access to a standard electrical outlet. I bring everything else – camera equipment, lighting, props, backdrop, printing supplies (if included), and all necessary technology.

Tables are optional. I typically arrange props in attractive containers that don't require extra furniture, but if you'd like a prop table, you'll need to provide it.

Internet connection enhances the experience by enabling instant photo downloads and social sharing, but it's not mandatory. Without WiFi, guests receive their photos once I'm back online, usually within a few hours of the event ending. The booth operates perfectly without internet.

Standard 120-volt outlet within 50 feet of the booth location. I test power sources before setup to ensure stable connection – inadequate power can affect flash performance and software operation. If the original outlet doesn't work, I'll relocate the booth to a better power source.
